Renamed the "Terminated" contract status to "Closed" to update the system's terminology. This update also cleaned up the codebase by removing several unused imports.
Fixed React hook errors in TenderList and useParams, resolved a duplicate comment in ContractList, and implemented permalinks, restored the modal UI, refined the layout, and hid contracts.
Implemented sorting functionality for titles, dates, and amounts across both the backend and frontend. This update allows users to dynamically organize project data in the activity feed.
Launched the OpenContracting Tender Viewer and API in the initial commit for the Portland OCDS project.
