PR #2: Update developer docs to the live, working API + MCP endpoints sarapis/ctfg-build

Updated the developer documentation to replace broken API and MCP endpoints with active, working routes on the self-hosted staging stack. Corrected the REST paths, added a working hosted MCP server configuration, and labeled unpublished npm packages as coming soon.

PR #259: docs: token-package decision settled — Databook stays the source, not a consumer wegovnyc/databook-private

This update finalizes the design system strategy for Databook, establishing it as the primary source for design tokens rather than a consumer of the external package. The project's public developer documentation has been updated to clarify this relationship and document the automated parity checks that keep the systems aligned.

Since 2010, Sarapis has helped nonprofits, community groups, and public agencies build technology they can actually own — free to run, study, share, and improve.

We're a New York-incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We believe the technology public-interest work depends on shouldn't be rented from vendors or locked inside someone else's cloud — it should belong to the people and organizations it serves. So we work in the open with free/libre/open-source tools, and everything we make goes back to the commons.

In practice that's three kinds of work: delivering complete open-source solutions, facilitating the coalitions civic technology takes to build, and stewarding the open-source platforms the public sector relies on. Our projects span open government, human services, emergency management, and the collaborative economy — in New York City and across the global open-source movement.
