Updated the project documentation to reflect the launch of Phase 5 on the live host. This includes details on the new authentication gate, platform stripping features, and the implementation of full-field user profiles.

Fixed a visual layout issue on user profile pages by adding proper spacing at the bottom of the page.

This locks dependency versions to ensure consistent and reliable deployments for the API.

Updated the documentation to reflect that a 301 redirect from ny. to nyc. has been successfully applied and verified.

Implemented basic authentication and added a "noindex" tag to restrict public access to the NYC site. A migration plan was also added to the repository but has not yet been executed.

Updated the local-edition marker into an openable menu with a "Start a local edition" option. Added a violet platform strip, moved the Donate link to the platform tier, integrated the global Payload menu, and renamed the local navigation link from "Directory" to "Projects."
