Reorganized the Payload CMS admin navigation into structured sections, hid specific collections from curators, and configured absolute email links.
Added a homepage, moved the directory to a new path, and introduced a Prose component. Proposed a unified URL structure and imported WordPress editorial content into Payload CMS, adding new collections for pages, posts, navigation, and redirects.
Updated the documentation to simplify the curl example by removing a mid-URL line continuation. Additionally, updated the MCP and API references to point directly to the live civictech.guide vanity host.
Added a public MCP and API edge at civictech.guide/mcp and /api/*, integrated a Google Analytics tag, and updated the project documentation.
Merged the open-source migration to Postgres, Node, Next.js, and Payload. Added social link icon derivation, a dedicated table view URL column, and cards-first directory views.
Switched the importer's data source to the CTFG Public base (appemeli2zXs0xNK3). Added a transition plan and tooling to support switching the sync source to this new base.
