Updates the NYCHA revenue calculations in routers/nycha.py to sum recognized revenue instead of taking the maximum, ensuring additive cash and negative adjustments are correctly calculated. It also makes the revenue classification guard case-insensitive and updates the remaining budget formula to modified minus recognized.
Added an individual NYCHA contract profile page featuring detailed contract metadata, financial stat tiles, and a matched payments visualization. The contracts explorer now links directly to these profiles, which are served live via a new DuckDB-powered API endpoint.

Fixed a file-not-found error in the NYCHA vendor crosswalk generator by inlining the SQL DDL directly into the Python script. This ensures the generator runs successfully inside the API container, which does not bundle the external SQL scripts directory.
