Initialized the Civic Tech Field Guide Design System repository with its first commit. Additionally, removed an accidental uploads folder that was not part of the design system.
Updated the API's CORS_ORIGIN configuration to support the new domain.
This update includes a full re-sync of 15,650 Airtable listings, self-healing R2 images, and new API and frontend worker URLs.
Configured the frontend to use the custom domain d2.civictech.guide.
The document details the required migration order, database rebuilding from the Airtable base, and cross-dependencies with the NYC migration.
