Updated the documentation to reflect that a 301 redirect from ny. to nyc. has been successfully applied and verified.
Implemented basic authentication and added a "noindex" tag to restrict public access to the NYC site. A migration plan was also added to the repository but has not yet been executed.
Updated the local-edition marker into an openable menu with a "Start a local edition" option. Added a violet platform strip, moved the Donate link to the platform tier, integrated the global Payload menu, and renamed the local navigation link from "Directory" to "Projects."
Added a new NYC marketing homepage modeled on the global site and created a directory page at the /directory route. Updated the project's state documentation to record these new additions.
Updated the NYC mobile layout to prevent overflow on 375px screens by wrapping long URLs and using an icon-only Donate button.
